About Helping Hands 365
Helping Hands 365 is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization committed to creating positive change for our local community. We believe everyone deserves a helping hand in their time of need, no matter their circumstances. Guided by our bylaws and mission statement, we assist families in Central Minnesota by providing gifts during the holidays and assistance with food and other basic needs throughout the year. We support families during the holidays by providing presents for children and food, and offer additional food support and resource information upon request.

Sheri Hayes
CEO/President
Has dedicated many years to serving others, including several years in Florida supporting the homeless community before returning home to Little falls, MN. While working as a manager at Dollar Tree, she met Rose, and together they founded Santa's Angels in 2017, which later became Helping Hands 365 in June 2021. She faithfully served as Vice President of Helping Hands through 2024 and stepping into the role of CEO/President in January 2026, continuing her passion for helping local families and individuals in need. She has also been an active part of Toys for Tots since 2017 and is a proud parent and grandparent who values family and community
Brandon Farber
Vice President
Brandon grew up in Maple Lake, MN and then he attended college in River Falls Wisconsin. He moved to Litchfield in 2007, where he started working with Walmart and is still one of their wonderful and dedicated managers. Brandon decided to get involved with the Meeker County Fair in 2015 to be able to give back to the community, where you can still find him having fun with his community. In 2023 he became involved with Helping Hands 365, and in 2025 joined the Board of directors, continuing his commitment to serving and strengthening the community.
Rose Albrecht
Treasurer
For over 20 years, she has dedicated her heart to serving children and families through Toys for tots, making sure no child feels forgotten during the holiday season. In 2017 she along with Sheri hayes, founded Santa's Angels, which in June 2021 was renamed Helping Hands 365. She became the CEO at that time, as she was determined in creating a place where compassion, support, and hope are available to our community all year long. her mission has always been simple--Help those in need and remind people they are not alone. In 2024 she became the Morrison County Toys for Tots Coordinator, continuing her incredible work of giving back and strengthening our community, along with leading Helping Hands 365. She also works as a PCA (personal care assistant) since 2019, continuing her passion for caring for others every day. Her kindness, dedication, and vision are the heart behind so much of the work we do at Helping Hands 365. January 2026, she gave up the CEO position and became our treasurer.

Sharon Ballou
Secretary
Is a long-standing resident of Randall, Mn and a dedicated community leader. She served 20 years on the Little Falls, Public School Board and was one of two Region Five representatives for seven years. Sharon has also spent many years supporting youth and families through nonprofit and volunteer work, reflecting her strong commitment to giving back to Central Minnesota. She has now started the 2026 year off by joining the Board of directors at Helping Hands 365
Lori Kuhl
Board Member/Volunteer Coordinator
Lori is a mom and grandma who is so passionate about making sure everyone has what they need, even if it means she has to go without. She began volunteering with Helping Hands 365 in 2022, organizing donations and supporting daily operations. She became a Board Member and Director of Volunteers on November 14, 2024, and is also active on the boards of other local organizations. She is especially passionate about supporting families though the Morrison County Toys for Tots organization, helping ensure children in need are not forgotten. continually looks for new ways to expand services, joined new Sub-Groups within Helping Hands, October 2025 and now serves as Operations Coordinator for both the Warm Your Soul and The Food Room Group beginning January 2026.
